We are looking into purchasing a program to do our packaging. What would you all suggest?

I use software from http://PackageNow.net. You can create and edit app-v MSI installations. We use a lot the document generator to create installation manuals.

InstallShield (now Acresso) and Wise (now Symantec) are the major players providing the most used packaging products. Compare them and/or others to see what fits your needs best. Both do their job, however it will be "you" as a packager who will be doing the packaging and not the product. So keep in mind that there is a requirement of knowledge regarding the Windows Installer technology as I'm gueesing you will be using and skill as a packager. No packaging product will replace that.
