Download the full java setup file and install it on test machine, look in local profile folder for msi and cab file, eg.: %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\jre1.7.0_03
Install silent with /QN and use the following arguments:
AUTOUPDATECHECK=0 (disables updates)
IEXPLORER=1 (registers java with IE)
JAVAUPDATE=0 (disables updates)
JU=0 (disables updates)
Mozilla=1 (registers java with mozilla)
