Don't worry, there is no virus- this was actually a Symantec problem and not a PackageCleaner problem. The error that affected PackageCleaner and hundreds of other applications was in Symantec's virus definitions marked "2/23/04 Rev 7". Symantec corrected the error in a new set of signatures released as "2/24/04 Rev 17". Update your definitions and you can release the file from quarantine.
