Hi Romeo,

Maybe you can try to remove the ODBC-driver from the ODBCdriver and ODBCAttribute table and add the registrykeys to the appropriate place in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI\ODBC Drivers, and the INI-file entries to c:\Windows\ODBCINST.ini.
(OraClient10g_Home1=Installed in the [ODBC 32 bit Drivers] section, plus a new section for your new ODBC-driver.)
Make sure the ODBC driver dll's are indeed installed with your package!

Regards,

CS

As already suggested I would include the registry entries directly rather than install the ODBC driver as an ODBC driver. If you look in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI\ section of the registry on the machine you manually installed on you should see 2 entries "driver" and "setup" that reference a dll.
You seem to have a problem with the "setup" entry or dont have that dll file in your installation

I've also had the same problem with 9i and the workaround as described by cs_m_si and NZmsi worked for me
