Has anyone got the installation Add or Remove Features working with msp?

I’m using Office 2007 Enterprise with a command line of:
\\server\Office 2007\setup.exe /adminfile \\server\Office 2007\customized\Outlook2007.MSP

When the MSP is set without access and i make a new msp to add the Access application.
It will not install Access after running the mps with Access feature.

Has anyone tried this yet and gotten it to work?
