Is there a way to limit the number of technicians in one particular ticket? We have had issues with one tech going in a ticket and starting to work on it and another tech seeing the new ticket as well and going into it. Whoever hits save last is the one who gets the ticket and all their documentation stays but it still shows as somebody else was in it first. Is there a way to only allow one person in a ticket a time?

There isn't away to limit it unless they are listed as owners in that particular ticket queue. They should, if they see a ticket, grab it as the owner so it is no longer visable in the general queue for everyone. Then start adding comments...etc to it.
