We have installed the Nuance "Scan to pc desktop ver 10" suite of appliacations that comprises of Paperport 11, PDF converter professional 5, Omnipage professional 16, image retriever 9 on all of our staff PC's. We purchased the upgrade Scan to PC desktop ver 11 that comprises of PP 12, Omnipage pro 17, PDF converter Enterprise 7.0 and IR 10 and are trying to upgrade (or cleanly uninstall the old version and install the new ver) to all PC's using the Dell Kace 1100. We just installed our Kace. . The new product has a single entry in the add/remove programs whereas the older version has seperate entries in the add/remove pgms for each of the products in the suite.

Has anyone in the itninja community deployed this scan to PC desktop application sutie using the Kace? if so can they highlight the steps required

We had nothing but troubles with this package, we went to hyland for our ECM software.
