not a question, found a bug in k1000 version 7
If you change the default label from TICKET to anything with a space and use the Date picker in a ticket you will get a Php error.

If you remove the space (ie work_order instead of Work Order) the ticket will work correctly. This was an issue with a 6.X version as well that was fixed with a patch. Contacted support and reported this undocumented feature.
