Non-DELL Win PE driver-Pack in Kace

Hi Guys,

We have decided to have panasonic toughbooks in our list of models

for kace.

I have not been able to get this machine to pxe boot into the kace at all.

All I see is....."Succeed to download NBP file". Any ideas anyone ???

I read somewhere on IT ninja I had to download the PE driver-PackĀ from

the panasonic website. Which I have done.

My problem is how do I build a kbe for this model.

Where do I place the zippedĀ driver-pack. What do I do with it?

Do I use the "Media Manager" like for the Dell models and WAIK?

This is not a drivers issue, because at that point you are not even prompted to select a KBE at all. (the screen where you have the Kbox IP and the list of your KBEs).

This is an issue with that Model and the iPXE protocol.

Try to update the BIOS and see if that makes any difference, also , if your DHCP is configured for both UEFI and Legacy, try both on that machine.

I'm guessing you are seeing something like this:

If you are, don't worry about drivers for now, this is a BIOS vs iPXE issue.
