No Windows 7 login after install
After installing kbox agent and rebooting our machines, we loose the login screen. There is no AV installed, and this is a Acronis image. Has anyone ever seen this? I rebuilt the OS from scratch! I have tried the reg edit for kuserinit in winlogon, we have gotten some to work by adding the kickstart.exe and snmp service to the firewall allow list but others will not work?

Did you ever find a fix for this? We are seeing it on some of our workstations. We saw this exact same behavior with "Windows Live Essentials" a year or so ago. After uninstalling that, the login box reappeared. Samet thing with the KACE agent. As soon as it is removed, computer reboots and login box reappears. Dell support is no use - they reference this exact thread and say "only 1 other person reported this, but it was back in 2011."

Recommend opening a support ticket if you haven't already. This certainly isn't common behavior.

I am experiencing the same issue on a particular acronis image for an Dell Optiplex gx390, we have multiple version of this image, but only one doesn't work. Did you find a solution
