No machines have Inventoried for more than 2 days! Why???

  • Could you provide additional information as to what was done to the appliance prior to agents not updating Inventory for more than 2 days? Maybe go through this checklist:

  • I would suggest you restart your K1 and see what happens, we have seen other customers with this issue and a restart works for a while then stops again, support will need to be contacted - Hobbsy 6 years ago

You will need to contact support. If  you upgraded to version 8.0 from 7.X the service is broke. They will have to setup a tether key and fix it. We had same issue. Once they fix it then 8.1 is support fix that issue.
