Network without a server

We have 5 computers using one HUB connected to the internet (Using DSL)

I’m responsible of fixing all software problems.

I can do it from home remotely.

In some cases I would just reinstall a ghost image.

What is the best way to run the image remotely?
All computers use the same image.
If I put a copy of the image in each computer, can I dial in remotely to one computer and push it to the broken computer?

Can I dial in remotely to the broken commuter and instruct him to pull the image from the other commuter?

If that’s possible, will I have to click any OK buttons? Or it will do the complete job of installing and restarting the computer?

What software is best for this situation?

Thanks

Joe
