Need to create a property with the PC's Hostname ?
I need to create a property that has the PC's Hostname assigned. Has anyone done this before and if so can you enlighten me on how it was done.
Presume a system variable can be passed in some way ?

Hi Tobes,
You don't need to create a property. It's already there: [ComputerName]
Check also http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/msi/setup/property_reference.asp for more properties available in Windows Installer.
