Need some advise on using conflict management rules in conflict manager in Wise Package studio 7

thats a pretty loaded question.
1) it depends on the tools your using
2) depends on your environment / security requirements
3) depends on whether your allowed to update sys32 items
supply some detail as to what your goals / requirements are and we can provide guidance on what you need.

1) we are using wise packaging studio 7.
2) we are distributing software on windows xp professional machines. We work for a locked down environment, where we give a security group for the application Change rights on the program files folder and Read rights on the shortcutfolder.
3) we are allowed to update sys32 items.
