KACE Product Support : need info on Setting up Public DNS for Kace

need info on Setting up Public DNS for Kace

Hi All,

I am not familiar how this Public DNS works, We want machines outside office network to communicate with K1000,

What i did is, i changed amp.conf file as below

host=KACEMycompany.com

koneaport=443

weburl=KACEMycompany.comwebport=80

sslrequired=false

verifyssl=false

But I see in inventory all my machines are having Public IP in the inventory, how can I make machines outside office network to communicate

with kace and also is there any basic docs that has details about how to set Public DNS for K1000?
