Hi All,

when i create tickets in help desk queue by default its picking my samaccount name 

which is USER111@KS1.com  but I would like to display my mail account name (KACEUSER1@KS.com )

in helpdesk queue by default  when i create tickets.. is it possible to do so?

  • The ticket display is pulling from the USER table, so if it isn't displaying the correct value then your LDAP import might not be importing the correct value, assuming you are using LDAP. If you want to change the actual field displayed you will probably need to contact professional services to have the UI changed.
