You should be able to walk through the report wizard to create this.
- Title and Topic: The Category would be "Service Desk" and the Topic should be whatever your Ticket queue is.
- Fields to Display: Select the fields you want to see in the report.
- Column Order: Adjust the field order for the report.
- Sorts and Breaks: Select how you want the report to be sorted.
- Filters: If I understand the question properly, the filters should be set to "Match all of the following", "Created is within last 7days", and "Priority = Critical" (or however you have critical tickets flagged).
