Need help - Advertised Install

I'm currently packaing Blackberry Desktop Manager version 4.1.5. I've come across a problem with the advertised shortcuts, the issue is that the 2 app shortcuts don't install in advertised mode. We deploy our packages here via AD/Group Policy and all are deployments are user based Advertised installs. I've checked the usual places in the packages such as ensuring features are set to advertised, i've checked the property table to ensure the DISABLEADVSHORTCUT property isn't present and nothing obvious springs to mind. If I install the package in QB mode all is well. Has anybody got any ideas?

Are those shortcuts Advertized in MSI.., If not you have to make them Advertized using Shortcut Table
