I have a user of our Kbox 1200 system that when she searches for a name in a ticket the drop down list does not show up in alpha order.  Any suggestions as to why this happens and the fix for it?

What version of the KBOX are you running. The older version in some area wouldn't put them in order. I just tested searching for a user with at least to matching letters and the drop down result was in order. I am running 5.4 for the server.

This depends upon which browser your using and how it treats JSON data sorting.  This will be fixed in 5.4 sp1 when we use a "surrogate key" on that data.

I'm still on 5.3 so that could be the answer.  What's your option of 5.4?  Worth going to?
