Is there any way to integrate the K1000 ServiceDesk with nagios?  I want to have our nagios monitoring create tickets when there are alarms.  The problem comes when you get a 'clear' alarm and need to close the ticket automatically.  As far as I know there aren't any APIs that could be scripted against.  

One method I'm investigating is using direct database access.   Maybe I could also use a custom ticket rule.  

Has anyone done this integration before?

  • You can create ticket using email and change the status of them via email as well.

    The database access is anyway read only.
