My Patch catalog is only showing WIndows Patch downloads from September? Is there a special setting for windows patches or am I doing it wrong?

I have adobe patches from November and December so I know its downloading them. My schedules seem to be sending out newer windows patches but I can not find them in the catalog. I can pull the report critical patch bulletin and see all the recent releases but I am not sure if that's just patches released or patches that downloaded. I am new to patching using kace and my boss wants some definitive proof that we have those patches.I have the subscriptions pretty much wide open and the download settings are set to every 4 hours with no time restrictions for all subscribed files. Does anyone have a report template of downloaded patches?

  • It should be in the catalog, make sure your filters are not in place, or maybe a custom view is applied.

Also go to Secrurity > Patch Download Settings
Make sure the last download attempt was made recently and it did not fail.

Maybe try to look for individual packages instead of packs. - Channeler 6 years ago
  • Last download attempt is today at 10:30 am CST. It is currently 4:35 pm. Signatures say updated. Patch file status: downloading patch files for windows.
I went to individual patches in the catalog and that got it. I can see the Dec patch Tuesday releases. Thank you for the help! - ITGrappler 6 years ago
