Multiple Install Options on USB

When we used the server, we could choose from an option with or without a specific piece of software. The server turned out to be painfully slow for deploying to large numbers of PCs, so we now use USB Flash Drives only. For licensing (cost) reasons, we would like to not install the software if the user doesn't need it, but enough users will need it that manually installing it one each PC after deploying the image would be time consuming.

Is there a way to prompt the person deploying the image to choose whether they want to install that software (include or omit the post-install task)? Ideally, at the same time it asks if you are sure you want to wipe the drive. All the systems would use the same WIM image. I have considered a script that prompts and executes the installer if the "Yes" option is selected, but I'm not sure if KACE would properly recognize that it needs to wait for the installer to finish or if it would continue to the next task prematurely.
