Can anybody explain the below conditions.

MsiSystemRebootPending (1=2) and MsiSystemRebootPending <>1 in Launchcondition Table.

Could the lack of a "thank you" from the OP be because they thought that your almost 33 minute delayed response was too slow?

Oh, you didn't even say anything about the (1=2) bit. Seems like that should always evaluate to false?
