msi /uninstall issue
Dear Pals,
I am newbie to packaging field. I am packaging using Wise Package. To all my applications which i packaged , i cant uninstall it using msi command line.
I am getting error -
"This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package"
I can uninstall Programs thorough Add/Remove or using GUID obtained from registry for particular application. I understand either I need to provide some information in wsi file about uninstalling. Application I packaged are:
1. Irfanview3.98. Adove Shockwave 10.2, Quicktime 7 etc.... i am having same issue in all applications. Please help.as deadline to submit project is getting closer.. thanks

My Bad
I was using command "myApp.msi"/uninstall to uninstall my application and that was giving me error. But when i tried with command msiexec.exe /x "myApp.msi"/ All well and i am able to successfully uninstall application. Now i think , there was nothing wrong with my packaging , it is just i am rookie.
