MSI not installing program

Hello,

I have created an msi file to install a program to users desktop.

When I select the msi file to install the program only installs the uninstall files in program files directory.

I have created this msi install several times. What files are recommeded to exclude and include? I did not notice the settings files being included or excluded.

Please help!

The file and registry entries both included and excluded are shown during the packaging wizard and can be manipulated by selecting an item and using the arrows to move it between the left (included) and right (excluded) trees. What application is it? Note that the shortcut placement is dependant upon how the MSI package is installed (see ALLUSERS property).

The application is Conductor. It is a Education Tracking Training software for employees.

I tested the msi install file that I created but there is no icon. When I tried to create the icon during the setup the icon file is not in the program files\conductor folder.

What do you do if there is no icon file?
