MS Project 2007 install in 64bit windows 7

I have created a Bundle to deploy Project 2007 which works fine for Windows 7 32 bit but not for the 64 bit version. (I am not using filtering.)

If I manually run the install script, Project 2007 installs perfectly on Windows 7 64.

Has anybody seen this sort of beheaviour or something like it already

This may be due to the command prompt you are using..

Which command prompt are you using 32 bit or 64 bit?

Is this a .msi file? Are you installing this program using Kace, SCCM, Group Policy, or a similar product?

I agree with Jagadeish here.. When u just run cmd on win7 64 bit, the default cmd prompt that starts is the 64 bit. Just to cross check run the cmd from C:\windows\syswow64\cmd.exe. Then run ur installation command line from this location. If the above is the problem , then in ur installation script use C:\windows\sysnative\cmd.exe setup.exe /config <config file>. It should work
