MS Apps hang when using the Shift key
Has anyone come across a problem where a Softgrid or App-V deployment of an MS Office product hangs when the shift key is pressed?
We have the issue with apps sequenced using versions 4.2 and 4.5. The version of Office is 2003.
Office Std is a local install and additional components such as Access, Project, Visio are virtualised. The issue was discovered when users used the shift key for multiple selection of items but it also happens when you press the shift key for an uppercase letter!
We are currently trying different builds to hopefully narrow down the issue.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Update. It appears to be build related as the same App-V does not have the problem on a Vanilla build with the latest patches and an unconfigured install of Office 2003.
