Moving K1000 to new Domain, HelpDesk User Issues?
We are moving our K1000 which we pretty much at this point only use for the Helpdesk function. We have an old Windows 2003 domain we are getting away from and moving to a 2012 domain with Windows 7 computers.
We are worried about moving the LDAP syncing between the domains currently and how this will affect our current tickets as well as the user accounts. It seems the LDAP servers go from top down which I can assume means the top is primary?
What will happen to our existing helpdesk tickets? What will happen to the users currently and will there be duplicates?
