Move PC from one OU to another in AD from the local client not the server?

Is this possible with a certain script?

Windows 8.1 x64  , Trying to make the PC move from one OU to another with a simple script that i can potentially run as a "firstlogon command" during sysprep.  Thanks

if you can put dsmove on your image you should also be able to use that command
