I've created an answer file (.iss) for a software installation and there's missing dialog answer in created file so that when I try to use it, it still ask for dialog answer.

Does it mean that the software is not supporting answer file ?

Sorry for my english and thanks

I never use answer files, I always capture to an MSI if for no other reason than to know what the installation is going to do to my workstations.

How do you know, for example, that the vendor installation isn't going to overwrite your carefully-controlled set of VC++ runtimes?
