Microsoft Producer for PowerPoint 2003
Has anyone successfully made a package for this?
Microsoft Producer for PowerPoint 2003
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=1B3C76D5-FC75-4F99-94BC-784919468E73&displaylang=en
Silent install went successfully.
Loaded it up and went to capture -> Video Screen Capture -> set the sound options and then clicked on the Capture button. It works fine but this was under the Admin logon. It failed to work under restristed logon.
"An unknown error has occurred" is all I got.
I've given READ and WRITE permission to the Templates and Shared directory under C:\Program Files\Microsoft Producer 2\ but it made no difference.
I've ran it via FileMon and RegMon but can't find what the issue is happening.
Any other things I should look for?
Thanks

Thanks for the reply.
I have catch 22... I logged on as the restristed account and ran this. But I got an error message of "process monitor requires administrator group"
And if I give the restristed account the admin group, I won't find out which are being denied access to the file/registry... so I'm kinda stuck!
