What are you looking to licensing Office, O/S, SQL, CALs etc. It is different for whatever you are looking to licensing. From my experience bundling seems to save you money and looking to buy at the end of the quarter when they are trying to hit their numbers. Who do you buy your software through? Many software re-sellers have Microsoft licensed experts. Microsoft even has a certification for Microsoft licensing if you are looking to become an expert.

  • @shigbee,
We just need some help on how to maintain our current status and how to purchase more. We have 31 OVL for office and have have used 28 of them but on the MS VL site it shows i have 0/0 so it is very confusing. - spless 12 years ago
  • I would try calling Microsoft licensing @ 1-800-352-7140 to see if they can help you with the VLS website. Found a general MS licensing website that I acutally used today that might be of help in the future. http://ladylicensing.wordpress.com/ - shigbee 12 years ago
  • Even those who understand Microsoft licensing don't understand Microsoft licensing. :-) - ohiosoundguy 12 years ago
