It is a bit vague, isn't it ? I'm guessing the OP meant that some level of user interface was required rather than a totally silent uninstallation, so here goes :

The documentation for the /q qualifier at the following link

http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa367988.aspx

will show the various options you can use with the /q qualifier

For example, /qb-! will give an interface showing progress, without a Cancel button and no final dialog box showing installation / uninstallation completed.

Obviously for uninstallation, the above would be used in conjunction with the /x qualifier.
