Managesoft
My company uses Flexera's (used to be Managesoft's) Enterprise Deployment Suite for all it's software packaging and deployment needs. Since Managesoft was acquired by Flexera, which itself was recently acquired by Teacher's Private Capital, the support for EDS has been deplorable.
I was wondering if anyone else was using EDS, and if they had heard any rumors or had concerns that it might be on its way out.

I am the Technical Support Manager for Europe, for the Enterprise Deployment Suite product.
I can see that you have had some issues with the Support of the product recently.
