Managed installs not pushing software
Good Morning All, Hoping someone can help me. I am having trouble getting a managed install to actually be pushed to a windows computer. I am trying to push Lync 2013 32 bit through a Managed Distro on my K1000 box. I have created the proper MSP and test it. When I go to the Managed Disto I have used both the computer name and a Smart Label for it after a forced inventory it doesn't show a managed install being started, or failed and when I actually go to the Kace Downloads folder there is nothing there. I have updated the K1000 box. I have rebooted the box no luck. Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

Did you also make sure that the software is enabled for the operating system that you're trying to push it out to? That may be why the software doesn't show as waiting to be installed on the system. - KACE_Irwin 8 years ago
