Managed Installations Software Detail

For most of my Managed Installs, the software detail box loads normally and gives me the information I want to see:



However, for some of my Managed Installations, the details get stuck on "Loading..." like this:




The detail will remain in this loading state even if I toggle the selected software from the drop-down field to another piece of software and save. The only way I've gotten around it is creating the MI from scratch again. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening to my MIs?

Looks like an issue with the browser to be honest. Does this happen in all browsers? IE/FF/Safari?

I haven't tested with Safari... but I get the same result across the board with IE9, Fire Fox, and Chrome.

I have seen it a very few times but it seems like it is only when the server is very busy, but if I give it a moment it shows

Unfortunately, these MIs have looked like this for a couple of weeks.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
