When I log in to the K1 my Managed Installations are not being displayed. Two weeks ago we went from Organizations to no-Organizations and I was told to save those off because they would not be ported over. I did that and after we re-configured to a single Org I put the MIs back in there. ThenĀ  a day later we noticed they were all deleted. We re-added them a 2nd time and now this morning they are all gone again.

I can't think of a setting anywhere that refreshes the MIs and cleans them out. Is there something in that license key that re-configures the appliance over and over again? Is there a way to recover just the MIs from a backup?

Check under Settings > History what the box reports.

  • Thanks. Tried that. Found out my Support license has expired. We're working on getting that re-instated.
