m new to Kace and I'm just wondering if this approval process is possible and if so, how do I set it up ?

If the ticket needs an approver to close a ticket......How I can get the system to email the approver....

Ticket Rule can do it but unsure of the code

  • You don't necessarily need a rule to email the approver. You can use the Email on Events rules available on the Queue Configuration page. - chucksteel 10 years ago
