After the upgrade from 6.2 to 6.3 my licensing seems to be messed up. I have "Microsoft Office 2013 Standard" showing up in Software category under the inventory with only 9 installs showing. Under the Software section (not the software catalog) I have "Microsoft Office Standard 2013" showing installed on 1126 devices. Do I need to create a smart label or something to encompass all versions of office 2013? How do I get the Microsoft Office Standard 2013 to show in Software catalog so I can see it as metered software? Please help, thanks.

  • how soon after the update?? I saw something similar to this with a LANDesk major version upgrade. I reckon your on the right track, but hopefully someone more familiar with the KACE terminology
