Licensing info required For App-V 4.6
Hi Guys,
I just wanted to know about licensing cost involve for App V 4.6 sequencer only. Actually i am looking for only sequencing the application so is it possible to get only isolated sequencer for this purpose?
1. if yes then what is the volume cost involve for sequencer for App-V 4.6 only?
2. if No then what is cost involve for App-V 4.6 pack?
Also is App – V sequencer licensing cost depends on no of application sequenced? If yes then what is the cost involve per application?

Hello,
Microsoft does not license App-V Sequencer separately from the rest of the product. So in order to use Sequencer, and virtual applications produced with it, you'll need either new RDS CALs (if using TS environment) or MDOP subscription (SA benefit for workstations).
If you have TechNet or MSDN subscription, you can of course download App-V components from there to test out the product, but for actual use you'll need valid licensing.
