I am creating transform of that.

It is working fine but after uninstallation it leaves shortcut as it
is in start menu in Windows NT but removes in XP.

NT is notorious for this and you can either create a custom action to remove the shortcut or force a reboot as the shortcuts are marked for deletion after a reboot.

What packaging software are you using? If you use Wise then create a Wisescript to remove the shortcut.
