  • i have the same issue, how can I add the drivers? - qyan 10 years ago
    • I was having the same issues. Here are the steps taken and then what I did to get it to actually work

      1) Go to Driver Feed find the E7240 in the diver list and Download and Install the packages
      2) Rebuild your driver feed: (there are a couple ways to do this but....)
Settings and maintenance -> Appliance maintenance -> Utilities (about mid way down) ReCache all drivers
      3) Rebuild your KBE using the K2000 Media Manager

I did the above a couple of times and was unable to get KACE to boot into the KACE main menu screen. Running ipconfig got me nothing...so it looked like the drivers were not loading.

      1) Downloaded the driver pack here: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/product/latitude-e7240-ultrabook

Checked the machine to ensure the one I needed.

      2) Manually added the drivers by going to \\k2000\Drivers and putting the drivers into the correct folder (s). I erred on the side of caution and put them in the KBE folder and the OS folder.

      3) Rebuilt the KBE. - Beetschen 10 years ago
