Language of custom values and custom fields
We have some custom entries and custom fields in KACE - Service Desk - Tickets. We would like to know how to make these text dynamic based on the user regional settings. Just like Status: Closed and Fermé
We DON'T want to separate the entries with a pipe "|" e.g. waiting for approval | en attente d'approbation
I did not see anything in the mysql tables and I don't have access to stored procedures, config files and Web UI source code if any.
Could anyone help me on this?
