The Dell Kace service is is using an excessive amount of RAM (up to 90%) of a user's laptop. The only time the laptop is remotely usable is when it's in Safe Mode, because the process is not running at the time. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and I tried renaming the folder in the AppData because of the chance of a corrupted database, but neither seem to work.

Does anyone have anything I could try out or suggest any ideas on what could be causing this issue?
