Knowledge Base

Hello,
Is there a way to embed youtube videos in to the Knowledge Base for users to view how to do something rather than read a document.

Thank you.

Yes, just go to youtube and look up the embed instructions. Make sure that you turn markup allowed and use that exact code. Users have to have access to the helpdesk and youtube.com for it to work.

Example to put this in your article text:

<h1>Embedded</h1>
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/f5MzXzmTsaY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Hello,
I have added a embed link from youtube in the Artical Text Area and then saved. I still cannot get the video to show. I have the Use Markdown checked. What am I doing wrong here?

Thank you.

Can the web client that you are using to view the KB also able to browse to the youtube link directly? If it's the same as mine then I don't know. The code above is literally all that i used.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
