First of all, sorry for my bad english. trying to improve my english skill to connect with you guys :(
I have problem about deploying script (copy folder from file share server and install font) to my PC clients with K1000. The script is working fine on my PC clients which deploy with KACE but i found problem on some of my PC clients that cannot run the script.
I found an error in Klaunch.log on PC clients that cannot run script from KACE
"KLaunch Local command failed: (1314) A required privilege is not held by the client."
All suggestions are welcome.

First, your K1000 is way out of date, but that doesn't have anything to do with your issue.
The error is most likely due to needing administrator rights in order to copy the fonts. This would either be a local admin or network admin. In an online kscript, select the "run as" option and supply credentials.

hi jknox, thx for the answer. i changed to Run as local system and it works well. At first i run as network admin user and the script is working fine on my pc client and some of my clients show error as i mention above. Just curious :( - edenbowy 8 years ago
