Hi,
With Kbox new version v5.3.47927, i have experience that Kbox is not Re-creating the Asset record. I have deleted couple of asset records due to duplication problem, However i have noticed that now Kbox is not re-creating the Asset recorded, however inventory recorded is updating as normal.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Have you tried deleting the machine from inventory as well?

TEST ON ONLY ONE MACHINE!

As long as the machine has AMP connected it should check back in and re-create the asset.

  • No, it is not re-creating, out of 3000 only 30 assets are recreated in last 15 days

I see the same thing happening on 5.3.53053 and dchristian's suggestion to delete the computer record does recreate the asset.

  • We can not delete the computer record, because we have already deleted all the Assets due to duplication, now assets are not recreating, so we dont have any History
