We recently upgraded to release 5.3 on the server with the new agent. We noticed the slow down issues, but I've recently noticed that when the agent installs on machines, not all data is displayed. For instance, the entire records will in the morning and later in the day, some fields will be blank that should contain data. The user name field is one of the most frequent fields that has an issue. Is there a fix for this?

The fix for this issue I believe is going to be addressed in the Feb release.
