I saw one post on here about how to Do a Script on this but i am not filimilliar with MySQL. Also for adding one in the CC list under the Helpdesk Queue Settings. For that is there a way on the CC list to Add more than one email? I have tried : ; , :: and a Space and nothing seems to work with Adding more than one email address.

Any Ideas?

Normally seperating multiple email addresses with a comma in the CC field works. If you are having trouble I would recommend contacting Dell KACE Support by emailing support@kace.com.

  • I have been working with that, but since there is a group of us and We would all like to be notified of a new ticket but not necessarily every update for every ticket. (=Lots of unnecessary emails). I was really wanting a script or a Ticket rule that could be made so we can achieve this with out all the excess notifications. Hope that makes sense.
