Hi,


I have a report which shows a list of call per month, for some ready when I add submitter to the report it seems to miss out submitters from the report, But when you click on the ticket there is a submitter.

Has anyone else seen or experienced this?

  • This works for me fine. If you are unable to figure out why it's happening, I'd advise you to use a tool like MySQL workbench or Heidi to run the script behind the report. If there are errors you will be able to find them quicker using a tool - Druis 8 years ago
